Sauer. <br />Enclosed are the following: a City warrant in the amount of $42,090.00, <br />an option describing the property to be com+eyed, and a signed but undated <br />certificate of authcriaation by the City Clerk accepting t1-a deed an behalf <br />of the City. Full price of the property being taken is $429100 -- $10.00 <br />having been paid to the owners at the tive of taking the option. <br />Will you please pr*pare a deed describing the optioned property, can- <br />veying title froan Harry T. and Wilhelmi.na C. Sauer to the City of San Laandvo, <br />a Municipal Corpor+atim. Tastes are to be prorated as of the date of reooacding <br />the deed. by separate copy of this letter I am requesting the present owners <br />to contact you to sign the deed. Upon recordation of the deed and issuance of <br />the policy of title insurance, showing title vested in the City free and clear <br />of all liens and encumbrances, you are authorized to deliver payment to the <br />persons entitled thereto. We will accept the property subject to emeptian <br />number five as show on the preliminary title report (easement for public <br />utility purposes). We would like to have this escrow closed on the last day <br />of the option, which would be approximately October 30. <br />Please have the deed rcocffded and returned to the City Manager's Office, <br />City Hall, San. 'lawxro, California. Please make a note of this last instruo- <br />tfon on the back of the deed.
