'.0 frrLs� AP749 ; CS INDENTURE, made and entered into this 30th day of June, 1958, oy and between HARRY KROLL and J_JANITA KROLL, his wife, and RALPH KROLL and RUTH KROLL, his wife, The Parties of the First Part, and THE CITY CF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal ccrroration, situate in the County of Alameda, State of California, The Party of the Second Part: WITNESSETH: That the said Parties of the First Part do hereb.- Brant, transfer and alien unto the said Party of the Second Part an easiment for the purpose of a public street or highway, all that real property situate, lying and being in The City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, and particularly described as follows: A portion of the b.12 acre parcel of land described in deed from Robert King and wife to Benedetto Oberti dated March 19, 1932 and recorded March 22, 1932 in Book 2790 of Official Records of Alameda County, page 171, Recorder's Series No. CC/14931, bounded as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the scut'_rern line of Lewelling Boulevard, formerly County Road No. 556, with the western line cf said 0.12 acre parcel of land; and running thence along said southern line of Lewelling Boulevard north 89` 42' east 364.93 feet to the eastern line of said 6.12 acre parcel of land; thence along last said line south 00 16' east 14.50 feet, thence south 890 42' west 135.49 feet; thence westerly, southwesterly and southerly on the are of a tangent curve tc the left with a radius of 20 feet a distance of 31.42 feet; thence tangent to said are south 0' 16' east 215.60 feet; thence southerly and south- easterly on the are of a tangent curve to the left with a re.dius of 20 feet a distance 7.36 feet; thence tangent to last said arc south 21` 22' 15" east 25.00 feet; th-ance southeasterly, southerly, southwesterly - westerly, northwesterly, northerly and northeasterly on the are of a tangent curve to the right with a radius of 40 feet a distance of 155.0 feet; thence tangent to last said are north 20` 46' 15" east 25.00 feet; thence northeasterly and northerly on the arc of a_tangent curve to the left with a radius of 20 feet a distance of 7.36 feet; thence tangent to lest said are north 0° 18' west 215.60 feet; thence northerly, north- westerly and westerly on the arc of a tangent curve to the left with a radius of 20 feet a distance of 31.42 feet; thence tangent to last said are south 69` 42' west 135.49 feet to said western line; thence alon- said western line north 0° 181 west 14.50 feet to the point of beginning. TO HAVE A_,,ID TO HOLD unto the said Party of the Second Part forever for the sole object and purpose of maintaining, therein a public street or highway and for no other purpose; and should said real property herein described be at any time used for any other purpose by said Party of the Second Part than for the purpose herein mentioned, then this grant shall immediately lapse and become null and void, and said grant shall im.,iediately revert to said Parties cf the First Part, their successors and assi;ns.
