HCD:ak 2:8 ��L2307 A0138858 THE WESTERN PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY, a corporation, Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a muni- cipal corporation of the State of California, Grantee, an easement for a public street over and across that certain real property situate in the County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the southwesterly line of San Leandro Boulevard, formerly Estudillo Street, with the northwesterly line of Williams Street, said point of intersection being the most easterly corner of Lot I, Block 42, as said lot, block and streets are shown on the Map of the Town of San Leandro, filed February 27, 1855, in Book 2 of Maps, Page 43, Alameda County Records; thence from said point of beginning South 62' 22' 56" West along the said northwesterly line of Williams Street, a distance of 75.87 feet to a point on the southwesterly property line of The Western Pacific Railroad Company; thence North 49© 07' West along said southwesterly property line, a distance of 1.02 feet; thence northerly on the arc of a curve to the left, having a radius of 294.0 feet (the center of said curve bears North 32' 12' 36" West) through a central angle of 8° 08' 2511, an arc distance of 41.77 feet; thence northerly along the arc of a curve to the left, having a radius of 50.0 feet (the center of said curve bears North 40' 21' 01" West), through a central angle of 48' 04' 5711, an arc distance of 41.96 feet to a point on the northeasterly property line of The Western Pacific Railroad Company; thence South 49' 07' East along said northeasterly property lines A distance of 6.40 feet to a point on the southwesterly line of San Leandro Boulevard, formerly Estudillo Street; thence South 27° 37' 04" East along said south- westerly line of San Leandro Boulevard, formerly Estudillo Street, a distance of 25.67 feet to the point of beginning.
