90C�K9L�1 F'AGE31O <br />I, LOGAN PAINE, Secretary of THE WESTERN PACIFIC <br />RAILROAD COMPANY, a corporation, as such Secretary, do hereby <br />certify that at a meeting of the Board of <br />Directors of said corporation, held at the office of said <br />corporation on the ►?J, day of �.� , 1959, <br />at which a quorum of said Board was present, a resolution <br />was duly and regularly passed in the words and figures follow- <br />ing, to wit: <br />'RESOLVED, that this corporation execute and <br />deliver to the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California, a grant <br />deed, subject to all valid existing contracts, <br />leases, liens, encumbrances or claims of title <br />which may affect the property hereinafter de- <br />scribed, of an easement for a public street <br />over and across that certain real property situ- <br />ated in the County of Alameda, State of California, <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at the point of intersection of <br />the southwesterly line of San Leandro Boulevard, <br />formerly Estudillo Street, with the northwesterly <br />line of Williams Street, said point of intersection <br />being the most easterly corner of Lot I, Block 42, <br />as said lot, block and streets are shown on the Map <br />of the Town of San Leandro, filed February 27, 1855, <br />in Book 2 of Maps, Page 43, Alameda County Records; <br />thence from said point of beginning South 62' 22' <br />56" West along the said northwesterly line of <br />Williams Street, a distance of 75.87 feet to a <br />point on the southwesterly property line of The <br />Western Pacific Railroad Company; thence North 49' <br />07' West along said southwesterly property line, a <br />distance of 1.02 feet; thence northerly on the arc <br />of a curve to the left, having a radius of 294.0 <br />feet (the center of said curve bears North 32° 12' <br />36" West) through a central angle of 8° 08' 25", an <br />arc distance of 41.77 feet; thence northerly along <br />the arc of a curve to the left, having a radius of <br />50.0 feet (the center of said curve bears North 40® <br />21' 01" West), through a central angle of 48' 04' <br />5711, an arc distance of 41.96 feet to a point on <br />the northeasterly property line of The Western <br />Pacific Railroad Company; thence South 49' 07' East <br />along said northeasterly property line, a distance <br />of 6.40 feet to a point on the southwesterly line <br />of San Leandro Boulevard, formerly Estudillo Street; <br />thence South 27' 37' 04" East along said south- <br />westerly line of San Leandro Boulevard, formerly <br />Estudillo Street, a distance of 25.67 feet; to the <br />point of beginning. <br />Containing an area of 730.32 square feet, <br />more or less. <br />
