<br />All that lot of land situated in the City of San Leandro, County
<br />of Alameda, State of California, described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the southeastern line of Sunnyside Drive,
<br />formerly Avon Place, where the same is intersected by the southwestern
<br />line of Lot 1 in Block 5, as said Avon Place, lot and block are shown
<br />upon the map hereinafter referred to; running thence southeasterly,
<br />along the southwestern line of Lots 1 and 2 in Block 5, according to
<br />said map, 200 feet; thence at right angles southwesterly 50 feet;
<br />thence northwesterly and parallel with said southwestern line of said
<br />Lots 1 and 2 in said Block 5, 200 feet; thence at right angles north-.
<br />easterly 50 feet to the point of beginning.
<br />Being a portion of Block 4, as said block is shown upon a certain
<br />map entitled "Map of Broadmoor, Alameda County", filed January 30,
<br />1908 in Map Book 23, page 68, in the office of the County Recorder
<br />of Alameda County.
