1 <br />"4.5 Amendments: <br />2 <br />This ordinance maybe arnendeci by changing the <br />boundaries of districts or by changing any other provi- <br />3 <br />sions thereo£ whenever the public necessity and conven- <br />ience and the general welfare -require such amendments <br />4 <br />by following the procec.ure of this section. <br />5 <br />"4.51 Initiation: <br />6�I <br />(a) An amenument may be initiate- by: <br />71 <br />1. Resolution of Intention by the Planning <br />12 <br />�ommis sion. <br />131 <br />"4. 52 Public Hearin6 s: <br />14 <br />(a) The Planning I'lomrnission shall hold two (2) <br />public hearings on any proposed amendment at <br />15 <br />least ter..
