a�. <br />V <br />� <br />1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9' <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />29 <br />30 <br />31 <br />32 <br />OPTION <br />In consideration of the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100) paid to <br />GARVCO INCORPORATED VW. <br />the undersigned hereinafter called the "Seller," the <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the Seller hereby gives to the CITY <br />OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called the "Purchaser," <br />its heirs and assigns, the exclusive option to purchase for the further sum <br />of Eighty-three Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Dollars ($83,650), that certain <br />real property located in the City of San Leandro, Alameda County, California, <br />and more particularly described as follows: <br />PARCEL I <br />Lot "N" and the southeastern 7 feet of Lot "M'' in <br />Block 4, as said lots and block are shown on the <br />"Map of the Town of San Leandro," filed February <br />27, 1955, in Book 1 of Maps, at page 19, in the <br />office of the County Recorder of Alameda County, <br />California; <br />PARCEL 11 <br />Lot "G" and the southeastern 25 feet of Lot "H" in <br />Block 4, as said lots and block are shown on the <br />"Map of the Town of San Leandro," filed February <br />27, 1955, in Book 1 of Maps, at page 19, in the <br />office of the County Recorder of Alameda County, <br />California; <br />together with the buildings thereon and the appurtenances thereto. <br />The term of this Option Agreement shall be for a period of three <br />months, commencing on the loth day of January, 1962, and continuing to and in- <br />cluding the 9th day of April, 1962. <br />The full amount of the purchase price hereinabove shown shall be <br />deposited in cash in escrow at the time of exercise of this Option by the <br />Purchaser. Notice of exercise of this Option shall be given to the Seller in <br />writing by personal delivery to, or by registered mail addressed to the Seller <br />at 1525 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California. Seller shall, within 15 <br />days after such notice, deliver to the escrow holder against payment of the <br />purchase *rice, a deed to Purchaser in fee simple to the premises, free of all <br />liens and encumbrances, in proper form for recording.
