l� <br />11 <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />SAN LEANDRO, CALIFORNIA <br />May 4, 1956 <br />City Council <br />City Hall <br />San Leandro, California <br />Gentlemen: <br />At an adjourned -meeting of the Planning Commission held May 3, 19563 <br />the Commission considered the request of the City Council to clarify <br />condition 1 of variance V-56-20 which was referred to the Council <br />for their conditional approval on April 23, 1956. The Commission <br />took the following action: <br />By unanimous vote of all those present they ruled that <br />condition 1 "the applicant shall provide additional <br />parking for his use on a permanent basis" be interpreted <br />to mean that the applicant shall provide eight permanent <br />parking spaces in connection with his proposed use. <br />In accordance with the request of the City Council, the Commission <br />makes no other official statement regarding the variance at this <br />time. However, it was the consensus at the Commission meeting that <br />the Chairman of the Commission might present to the Council the <br />thought that in view of the clarification of condition 1, the Council <br />might consider reviewing conditions 2 and 3. <br />Very truly yours, <br />ZENO H.
