Beginning at a point c. tue souO.westerii liiie of Breed Avenue, distant <br />thereon north 310 05• west 50 feet from the intersection thereof with <br />the line dividing Lots 1 and 2 in Block 5, as said avenue, lots and <br />block are shown on the map herein referred to; thence leaving said <br />line of Breed Avenue and running south 580 55• west 150 feet; thence <br />north 310 05• west 50 feet to the southeastern line of Sunnyside <br />Drive, formerly Avon Place, as shown on said map; thence along said <br />line of Sunnysi.de Drive north 580 550 east 130 feet; thence continuing <br />along said southeastern line ofSunnyside Drive and along the southwestern <br />line of Breed Avenue on the arc of a circle to the right, the radius <br />of which is 20 feet, a distance of 31.41 feet; thence continuing along <br />said line of Breed Avenue south 310 05• east 30 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />Being a portion of Lot 1 in Block 5, as said lot and block are shown <br />on the "Map of Broadmoor, Alameda County", filed January 30, 1908 <br />in Book 23 of Maps, page 68, in the office of the County Recorder of <br />Alameda County. <br />Possession of the premises shall be surrendered to the City of San <br />Leandro on or before 60 days after closing of escrow. <br />It is also understood and agreed that should the undersigned desire <br />closing of this escrow at any time prior to the termination of the <br />option period, the City of San Leandro will close escrow within 30 <br />days after notification by the undersigned. <br />
