` AP33622 %37 PA(*567 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 D E Z D ORO LOMA SANITARY DISTRICT, an incorporated sanitary district, hereby grants to the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation, all that real property situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: Parcel 1 A strip of land lying ll� feet on each side of centerline, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the northwestern line of the tract of land distributed to Maria Serpa by decree recorded July 7, 1927, in Book 1613 of Official Records of Alameda County, at page 274, distant thereon north 41° 301 east 480 feet from the northeastern line of East 14th Street; and running thence south 48° 301 east 130.89 feet to the southeastern line of said land. EXCEPTING therefrom that portion lying northeasterly of the direct production southeasterly of the centerline of Bancroft Avenue, as said avenue is shown on the map of "Tract 6391, etc. filed August 28, 1942, in Book 8 of Maps, at pages 30 and 31 in the Office of the County Recorder of Alameda County. Parcel 2 Beginning at a point on the northwestern boundary line of the parcel of land described in the deed by John Joseph Louis to Joseph L. Dutra and Elsie Carmen Dutra, recorded October 25, 1932, in Book 2848 of Official Records of Alameda County, page 409, distant along said line north 41° 301 east 460 feet from the northeastern line of East Fourteenth Street, as it now exists; and running thence north 410 301 east 52.49 feet to the northeastern corner of the parcel.of land described in said deed; thence south 48° 301 east 79.86 feet; thence south 410 301 west 52.49 feet; and thence on a line which is the production southeasterly of the southwesterly line of Bancroft Avenue, as said avenue is shown on the map of "Tract 63911, etc., filed August 28, 1942, in Book 8 of Haps, at pages 30 and 31, in the Office of the County Recorder of Alameda County, north 480 301 west 79.86 feet to the point of beginning.
