AQ 3170 <br />DEED OF DEDICATION <br />son.y.88, 9 7 PAUT 9 <br />THIS INDENTURE made this 16th day of December, 1958, by and <br />between the SAN LEANDRO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT OF ALAMEDA COUNTY, <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA, a public corporation, the first party, and <br />the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation, the second party; <br />W I T 11 E S S E T H: <br />LtO,5 <br />That in consideration of the benefits to accrue to the first <br />party fron the construction and maintenance of a public street over, <br />upon, along and across the real property hereinafter described, the <br />said first party hereby dedicates to second party an easement for <br />public street purposes over, upon, along and across the following <br />described real property, to wit: <br />PARCEL 1 <br />That portion of Bancroft Avenue, as said avenue is <br />shown on the map of "Tract 746, Eden Township -Alameda <br />County California", filed March 23, 1946 in Book 11 of <br />Maps, at pages 54 and 55, Records of Alameda County, <br />California, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at tine point of intersection of the <br />northwest line of Lot 1, Block 1 with the northeast <br />line of Bancroft Avenue, as shown on said map of <br />Tract 746; thence south 480 301 east 239.78 feet along <br />the last mentioned line to the southeast line of Lot 1, <br />Block 2, as said lot and block are shown on the last <br />mentioned map; thence south 41° 301 west 7.51 feet <br />along the southwesterly prolongation of the last men- <br />tioned line; thence north 480 301 west 79.86 feet; <br />thence south 41° 301 west 52.49 feet; thence north 480 <br />301 west 159.92 feet; thence north 41° 301 east 60.00 <br />feet to the point of beginning. <br />PARCEL 2 <br />Beginning at the point of intersection of the <br />northwest line of Lot 1, Block 1 with the northeast <br />line of Bancroft Avenue, as shown on the aforesaid <br />map of Tract 746; thence north 41° 301 east 2.00 feet <br />along the said northwest line of Lot 1; thence south <br />48° 301 east 239.78 feet to the southeast line of Lot 1, <br />Block 2, as said lot and block are shown on said map of <br />Tract 746; thence south 410 301 west 2.00 feet along <br />the last mentioned line to the intersection of the <br />southeast line of said Lot 1, Block 2 with the north- <br />east line of Bancroft Avenue as shown on said map of <br />Tract 746; thence north 480 301 west 239.78 feet alon;J <br />the last mentioned line to the point of beginning. <br />PARCEL 3 <br />A strip of land 32.00 feet in width, the southwest <br />line of said strip being described as follows: <br />3eginning at the point of intersection of the <br />southeasterly prolongation of the centerline of <br />Bancroft Avenue, as said avenue is shown on the map <br />of "Tract 639, Eden Township Alameda County, California", <br />filed August 28, 1942 in Book 8 of Maps, pages 30 and 31, <br />Cz <br />Tu <br />
