Davilla, et. al., Case No. 187117, to condemn for public <br />use easements for storm water drains, over a strip of land <br />lying 14.00 feet on each side of a center line described as <br />follows ( and other property): <br />BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly line of that <br />certain tract of land conveyed to Fred A. Davilla by deed recorded <br />March 7, 1934 in Book 3044, Alameda County, California, Records, <br />at page 32, distant thereon north 410 301 east 480.00 feet from <br />the intersection of said line with the northeasterly line of East <br />14th Street; running thence south 480 30' east 142.89 feet to the <br />southeasterly line of said lands. <br />Notice of action was recorded July 17, 1945 in Book 4703 <br />O.R., page 449, Alameda County Records. Order for immediate <br />possession and use was rendered July 17, 1945.
