W. Harlan to Jose Nunes, by deed dated December 8, 1863 and recorded in Book "T" of Deeds, page 431; running thence south 280 east along said lire of Washington Avenue 40 feet; thence north 62° east 120 feet; thence north 28° west 40 feet; thence south 620 west 120 feet to the point of beginning.
