SCHEDULES B (Continued) AND C <br />PART TWO: This part of SCHEDULE B shows liens, encumbrances, defects and other matters affecting the title to <br />said land or to which said title is subject: <br />1- General and Special County and City taxes for the year 1959-60 <br />now a lien, but not yet payable, nor determined as to amount. <br />2- Second installment of General and Special County of Alameda and <br />City of San Leandro taxes for the year 1958-59, now a lien and payable: <br />Amount $706.87, of which $105.00 is for personal property <br />County Account No. 77-528-46-1 (Covers other property also) <br />SCHEDULE C <br />Description of the land, title to which is insured by this policy. <br />All that lot of land situated in the City of San Leandro, County of <br />Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br />Beginning at the point of intersection of the northeast line of East <br />Fourteenth Street with the southeast line of Dolores Avenue, formerly <br />Magdalena Avenue, as described in the Joint Tenancy Deed from <br />Charles H. Hale, as trustee for Charles L. Coleman, Jr., to <br />A. Bradley Rankin and Aurelie Ilse Rankin, his wife, as joint <br />tenants, recorded July 8, 1940 in Book 3946, page 114, Official <br />Records of Alameda County, California; thence northeasterly 26.58 <br />feet along the said southeast line of Dolores Avenue to a tangent <br />curve concave to the east and having a radius of 16.00 feet; thence <br />southwesterly, southerly and southeasterly along said curve, 32.93 <br />feet to a tangent line, being the said northeast line of East <br />Fourteenth Street; thence northwesterly 26.58 feet along the last <br />mentioned line to the point of beginning. <br />
