Being a portion of Lot Y, Block H, as shown on the "Map of Mulford Gardens <br />Manor, etc.", filed May 1, 1929 in book 8 of Maps, page 5, in the office of <br />the County Recorder of Alameda County, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the intersection of the northeastern line of Doolittle Drive <br />as shown on the map of "Tract 2143, City of San Leandro, Alameda County, <br />California, etc.", filed March 16, 1961 in Book 44 of Maps, page 19 thereof, <br />in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County, with the southeastern <br />line of Fairway Drive (formerly West Avenue 137, and shown as Second Avenue <br />on the said map of Mulford Gardens Manor), and running thence along the <br />northwesterly prolongation of the said northeastern line of Doolittle Drive <br />north 27° 30' 00" west 30.00 feet to the northwestern line of said Fairway <br />Drive; thence along said northwestern line north 62' 30' 00" east 34.00 <br />feet to the actual point of beginning; and running thence south 620 30' 00" <br />west 34.00 feet to the northeastern line of Doolittle Drive, 80 feet wide; <br />thence along said northeastern line north 270 30' 00" west 34.00 feet to <br />a point of cusp with a curve, the center of which bears north 620 30' 00" east; <br />thence southeasterly, easterly and northeasterly along the arc of said curve <br />to the left with a radius of 34.00 feet, throu,t7h an angle of 900 00' 00", an <br />arc distance of S3.41 feet to a point of cusp with the said northwestern <br />line of Fairway Drive and the actual point of beginning. <br />
