POLICY NUMBER <br />639088 <br />SCHEDULE C <br />The land referred to in this Policy is described as: <br />All that lot of land situated in the City of San Leandro, County of <br />Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the northern line of Dutton Avenue, as said <br />Avenue is now widened to 60 feet in width, distant thereon 70.44 <br />feet northeasterly from the point of intersection of said line of <br />Dutton Avenue, as widened, with the diiiding line between Lots 9 and <br />10 in Block 12, according to Map herein referred to; running thence <br />northeasterly along said line of Dutton Avenue, as widened, 69.41 <br />feet; thence north 31° 05' west 125.61 feet to a point midway between <br />the northern and southern lines of L,)t 11 in Block 12, according to <br />the Map hereinafter referred to; thence -south 580 55' west 67 feet; <br />and thence south 310 07' east 107.49 feet to the point of beginning. <br />Being portijn of Lots 10 and 11 in Block 12, as said lots and block <br />are shown on the "Map of Broadmoor, Alameda County", filed January <br />30, 1908, in Book 23 of Maps, page 68, in the office of the County <br />Recorder of Alameda County. <br />
