Gouveia and Julia GouveiaK"'to <br />Forward San Leandro, Inc.; also Assignment of said Option <br />Forward San Leandro, Inc. to the City of San Leandro, a <br />Municipal Corporation. <br />You will note Forward San Leandro, Inc. has paid *500.00 <br />for said option which will be applied on the purchase price. <br />This Option and assignment is delivered to you with the under- <br />standing that Forward San Leandro, Inc. will be refunded the <br />�500.00 paid for said option. In addition to said sum of <br />:500.Q0 a group of eight members of the Board of Directors <br />of Forward San Leandro, Inc. advanced $100.00 each to protect <br />various options on Hays Street. Of this sum :3500.00 was paid <br />to the Gouveias.
