ASSIGN 'ANT OF OPTION TO PURCHASE <br />REAL PROPERTY <br />WHEREAS, on the llth day of May, 1961, for and in considera- <br />tion of the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars, LAW'RENCE F. GOUVEIA <br />and JULIA GOUVEIA, his wife, granted to FORi7ARD SAN LEANDRO, INC., an <br />option to purchase all of the real property and improvements thereon <br />situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of <br />California, commonly known and designated as 1478 Hays Street. <br />WHEREAS, said option provides that FORWARD SAN LEANDRO, INC. shall <br />have an option to purchase for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days <br />from the llth day of h1ay, 1961. The said option provides that upon <br />the payment of an additional sum of Five Hundred (:500.00) Dollars, the <br />option can be extended for an additional period of one hundred eighty <br />(180) days. On the llth day of May, 1961, FORVARD SAN LEANDRO, INC. <br />paid to LAKIENCE F. GOUV EIA and JULIA GOUVEIA, his wife, the sum of <br />Five Hundred (*500.00) Dollars for said option. <br />NO,.
