A portion of Lot 9, as said lot is shown on the "Map of the Coelho Tract, Eden Tp., Alameda Co., California," filed December 11, 1899, in book 15 of Maps,, page 100, in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the eastern line of Hesperian Boulevard with the southern line of the tract of land described in the deed to Amelia Rosa Coelho, dated November 26, 1906, and recorded November 27, 1906 in Book 1233 of Deeds, page 391, Alameda County Records; thence along said southern line north 800 44' 40" east 24.29 feet to a line parallel with the said eastern line of Hesperian Boulevard, and 24 feet, measured at right angles, easterly therefrom; thence along said parallel line, north 00 26' west 11.17 feet to a tangent curve concave to,the southwest, having a radius of 80 feet and a central angle of 560 30' 29"; thence along said curve northerly and northeasterly 78.90 feet to a point of cusp with a tangent line, said tangent line being the southeastern line of 150th Avenue (County Road No. 7675); thence along the said southeastern line of 150th Avenue south 560 04' 2-" west 55.65 feet to a tangent curve concave to the southeast, having a radius of 30 feet and a central angle of 560 30' 20"; thence along said curve southwesterly and southerly 29.59 feet to a tangent line, said tangent line being the aforementioned eastern line of Hesperian Boulevard; thence along said eastern line of Hesperian Boulevard south 00 26' east 25.88 feet to the point of beginning.
