TO 1012-1-1056-1 C OC C <br />American Land Title Association Loan Policy 7 <br />Additional Coverage-1962 S C H E D U L C <br />or <br />California Land Title Association <br />Standard Coverage Policy-1963 <br />The land referred to in this policy is described as follows: <br />REAL PROPERTY in the City of San Leandro, County of <br />Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br />A PORTION of Lots 6 and 12, as shown on the map of <br />the Duncan Cameron Tract, filed November 2, 1891, in Book <br />12 of Maps, page 29, in the office of the County Recorder <br />of Alameda County, described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point in the northwestern line of <br />Lewelling Boulevard, also known as County Road No. 10070 <br />being also the most eastern corner of the parcel of land <br />described in that certain Decree Establishing Fact of <br />Death of Alfred Tornquist, dated December 31, 1954, and <br />recorded January 4, 1955, in Book 7527 of Official Records <br />of Alameda County, Page 353; thence from said point of <br />beginning, along the northeastern line of said Tornquist <br />parcel, north 27° 30' west 15 feet to a line parallel with <br />the said northwestern line of Lewelling Boulevard and 15 <br />feet (measured at right angles) northwesterly therefrom; thence <br />along said parallel line north 62° 15' east 273.94 feet to <br />a point in the southwestern line of that certain 1.87 acre <br />parcel of land described in the Decree Terminating Joint <br />Tenancies in the matter of the estate of Frank Salel, dated <br />October 28, 1942, and recorded October 28, 1942, in book 4298 <br />of Official Records of Alameda County, Page 276; thence along <br />said southwestern line of Lewelling Boulevard; thence along <br />said northwestern line south 62° 15' west 274.07 feet to the <br />point of beginning. <br />The above described parcel of land contains 4,110 square <br />feet, more or less. <br />
