IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 64 - 134 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT <br />(Salel) <br />Whereas, a certain agreement between the City of San Leandro, <br />a municipal corporation, and Salel Enterprises, a California cor- <br />poration, has been presented to this Council; and <br />Whereas, the City Council is familiar with the contents <br />thereof; and <br />Whereas, the City Manager has recommended the execution of <br />said contract: <br />Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Leandro <br />does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said agreement be and the same hereby is approved and the <br />Mayor Pro Tempore is authorized and directed to execute the same on <br />behalf of this City. <br />Introduced by Councilman Suerstedt and passed and <br />adopted this 25th day of May , 1964, by the following <br />called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Councilmen: Borre, Kant, Pomares, Suerstedt, Taylor; <br />and Vice -Mayor Swift ( 6 ) <br />Noes: Councilmen: None ( 0 ) <br />Absent: Councilmen: Mayor Maltester ( 1 ) <br />William Swift, Mayor Pr Tempore <br />of the City of San Leandro <br />Attest - <br />Richard H.
