r <br />AGREEMENT <br />Recitals <br />Salel Enterprises, a California corporation, is delivering <br />to the City herewith a deed to a 15-foot strip of land herein- <br />after described. The City will pave, s�er, curb, and gutter the <br />property being conveyed, while Sale] Enterprises will construct <br />the 5-foot pedestrian sidewalk. City and Salel Enterprises will <br />pay all costs of the work to be done by each. <br />The property hereinafter referred to is all that land <br />situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of <br />California more particularly described as follows: <br />A portion of lots 6 and 12 as shown on the map of the <br />Duncan Cameron Tract, filed November 2, 1891, in Book 12 <br />of maps at page 29, in the Recorder's Office of Alameda <br />County, described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point in the northwestern line of Lewelling <br />Boulevard, also known as County Road No. 1007, being also <br />the most eastern corner of the parcel of land described in <br />that certain Decree Establishing Fact of Death of Alfred <br />Tornquist dated December 31, 1954, and recorded January 4, <br />1955 in Book 7527, at page 353, Official Records of Alameda <br />County; thence from said point of beginning, along the <br />northeastern line of said Tornquist parcel, north 27° 30' <br />west 15.00 feet to a line parallel with the said north- <br />western line of Lewelling Boulevard and 15.00 feet (measured) <br />at right angles). northwesterly therefrom; thence along said <br />parallel line north 62° 15' east 273.94 feet to a point in <br />the southwestern line of that certain 1.87 acre parcel of <br />land described in the Decree Terminating Joint Tenancies in <br />the matter of the Estate of Frank Salel dated October 28, <br />1942 and recorded October 28, 1942 in Book 4298 at page 276, <br />Official records of Alameda County; thence along said south- <br />western line of Lewelling Boulevard; thence along said north- <br />western line south 62° 15' west 274.07 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />The above described parcel of land contains 4,110 square feet, <br />more or less. <br />Now, therefore, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br />1. In consideration of the premises, City will construct <br />all necessary street improvements except a 5-foot pedestrian side- <br />walk without cost to Sale] Enterprises. <br />
