Nielsen may nave finally removed the last <br />encumbrance on this property transaction. <br />Our instructions of March 23, 1964 still stand. In summary, the <br />City will take title when you can assure a policy of title insurance show- <br />ing title vested in the City free and clear of all liens and enewnbrances, <br />except the FG&E and Oro Lorna easements.
