'a. w U . 040 * 667 NU- 11_9515 QUITCLAIM DEED S3� TIDEWATER OIL COMPANY (formerly known as Tide Water Associated Oil Company), a Delaware corporation, does hereby quitclaim to the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation, all right, title, and interest of said Tidewater Oil Company in that certain land situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, being a portion of Lot Y in Block D, as said lot and block are shown on the map of Mulford Gardens Maps, 69, Unit No. 1, filed May 2, 1927, in Book 12 of page Alameda County Records, described as follows: N Beginning at the intersection of the southeastern line o the northeastern West Avenue 132, formerly First Avenue, with Doolittle Drive, formerly Shoreline Boulevard, as said c line of avenue and boulevard are shown on said map; thence along the Avenue 132 north 620 301 east �•`-' said southeastern line of West s aid to a of cusp with a tangent curve concave A �v feet point to the east, having a radius of 34.00 feet and a central angle of 90°; thence along said curve southwesterly, southerly, a tangent F) and southeasterly 53.41 feet to a point of cusp with line being the aforementioned northeastern oline, n- said tangent line of Doolittle Drive; thence along the said northeastern line of Doolittle Drive north 270 30t west 34.00 feet to the point of beginning.
