JOHNSON and MABEL J. BOGART, as <br />Conservators of the Person and Estate of ANNIE L. JOHNSON, <br />parties of the first part, and CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a <br />municipal corporation, party of the second part: <br />W ITNES S E T H: That <br />WHEREAS, on or about the 8th day of June, 1960, LLOYD <br />A. JOHNSON and MABEL J. BOGART were appointed Conservators <br />of the Person and Estate of ANNIE L. JOHNSON, and thereafter <br />on the same day, duly qualified as such Conservators and <br />Letters of Conservatorship were issued to them, and they <br />ever since have been and now are the duly appointed, qualified <br />and acting Conservators of the Person and Estate of the said <br />ANNIE L. JOHNSON. <br />WHEREAS, one of the assets of the estate of the said <br />ANNIE L. JOHNSON consists of that certain real property here- <br />inafter more particularly described; and <br />WHEREAS, it was for the best interest of the estate of <br />the said ANNIE L. JOHNSON that that certain real property <br />hereinafter more particularly described be sold; and <br />WHEREAS, said LLOYD A. JOHNSON and MABEL J. BOGART, as <br />such Conservators, gave notice of sale of said real property <br />in the manner and for the time required by law; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to such notice, said Conservators <br />sold the real property to the party of the second part for <br />the sum of $91.76, cash, this being the highest and best bid <br />made; and <br />WHEREAS, the above entitled court, on the 20th day of <br />February, 1962, made an order confirming said sale and <br />-1- <br />
