Upon receipt of this <br />deed, please forward it to this office so it may be certified by <br />our City Clerk that the property is accepted by order of the City <br />Council. We will then return it to you for close of escrow and <br />recording. <br />Upon recordation of deed and issuance of the policy of title <br />insurance showing title vested in the City of San Leandro free and <br />clear of all encumbrances, you are authorized to deliver this payment <br />to the persons entitled thereto.
