"C" 384 <br />No. 592 <br />EXCESS PROPERTY DESCRIPTION <br />All that certain real property situate, lying and being in the <br />Township of Eden, County of Alameda, State of California,described as <br />follows: <br />COMMENCING at a point on the northerly line of that certain <br />parcel of land conveyed to the State of California by deed recorded <br />June 4, 1943 in Volume 4366, page 268, Official Records of Alameda <br />County, said point being distant along said northerly line <br />N. 78*21135" E., 219.31 feet from the northwesterly corner of said <br />State's Parcel; thence S. 38*52125" E., 429.39 feet to the easterly <br />line of said State's parcel; thence along said easterly lire <br />N. 11°38'25" W., 381.79 feet to said northerly line of State's parcel; <br />thence along last said line S. 78°21'35" 1W., 196.50 feet to the point <br />of commencement. <br />CONTAINING 37,511 square feet, more or less. <br />"EXCEPTING AND RESERVING unto the State of California any and all <br />rights of ingress to or egress from the land herein conveyed over and <br />across the southwesterly line thereof. <br />"It is the purpose of the foregoing exception and reservation to <br />provide that no easement of access except as herein provided, shall <br />attach or be appurtenant to the property hereby conveyed, by reason of <br />the fact that the same abuts upon a public way and upon a State high- <br />way, with access only to the State highway being totally restricted." <br />SUBJECT TO special assessments, if any, restrictions, reservations, <br />and easements of record. <br />
