IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEiNDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3811 C.M.S. <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREE ENT <br />(Peralta Avenue Sidewalks) <br />Whereas, a certain agreement dated November 19, 1958, between the <br />City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation, and William Thomas Pinheiro <br />and Delia Pinheiro 3arbe, individually and as Trustee, has been presented to <br />this Councils and <br />Whereas., the City Manager has recommended that this City Council <br />approve said contract; and <br />Whereas, this City Council is familiar with the contents thereof: <br />Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOUVE as follows: <br />That said agreement be and the same hereby is approved and the <br />Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the <br />City of San Leandro. v it�/ C„l <br />Introduced by Councilman Gill [� and passed and <br />adopted this 24th day of November, 1958, by the following called vote: <br />Ayes: Councilmen: Cheatham, Frazier, Gill, Kant, <br />Si -rift, Taylor, Maltester ( 7 ) <br />1 Noes: Councilmen: None ( 0) <br />Absent: Councilmen: None <br />( 0) <br />,z L�!-= <br />ayor of the City of San eandro <br />i <br />Attest: <br />.
