Mathews <br />to Hudson Lumber Co., a corporation, said Deed <br />being recorded in Liber 1688 of Deeds, at page 9, <br />Alameda County Records; thence South 620 West along <br />said Southeasterly line a distance of Four Hundred <br />Seventy-nine and 34/100 feet to the Northeastern <br />line of the right of way Eighty feet in width of <br />the Western Pacific Railway; thence along said <br />right of way line South 490 30' 20" East Two Hundred <br />Twelve and 64/100 feet; thence leaving last said right <br />of way line North 620 East Four Hundred One and 38/100 <br />feet to the Southwesterly line of Washington Avenue; <br />thence North 280 West along the last named line One <br />Hundred Ninety-seven and 84/100 feet to point of <br />beginning. <br />CONTAINING 2 acres, more or less. <br />PARCEL TWO: <br />A RIGHT OF •WAY for travel and for water pipes over <br />the property more particularly described as follows, <br />to -wit: <br />BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the South- <br />western line of Washington Avenue, formerly Watkins <br />Street, with the Southeastern line of that certain <br />Tract of land containing 50 acres, described in a <br />Deed from J.
