PART TWO 1- General and Special County of Alameda and City of San Leandro taxes for the year 1960-61 now a lien and payable as follows: 1st Installment 43.35 2nd Installment 43.35 County Account No. 75-70-20 2- The effect of an ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of San Leandro on December 7, 1959, Ordinance No. 1236 NS, establishing right of way lines for the extension of San Leandro Boulevard over the herein described property as follows: Commencing at the most western corner of said Lot 20; thence north 620 east 8.98 feet along the northwestern line of said lot 20 to a point of cusp with a tangent curve concave to the east, having a radius of 30.00 feet and a delta of 1110 071 said point of cusp being the ACTUAL POINT OF BEGINNING; thence southwesterly, southerly and southeasterly 58.13 feet along said curve to a tangent line, said tangent line being parallel with and 78 feet, measured at right angles, northeasterly of the northeastern line of the Western Pacific Railroad Co. right of way, 30 feet wide; thence south 490 071 east 257.28 feet along said parallel line to a tangent curve concave to the northeast, having a radius of 30.00 feet and a delta of 68' 531; thence southeasterly, easterly and northeasterly 36.07 feet along said curve to a point of cusp with the southeastern line of said Lot 30, said point of cusp being north 620 east 101.66 feet from the most southern corner of said Lot 30; thence south 62' west 104.18 feet along the last mentioned line and along the southeastern line of said Lot 31 to its intersection with the said northeastern line of the Western Facific Railroad Co. right of way; thence north 49' 071 west 321.60 feet along the last mentioned line to its intersection with the northwestern line of said Lot 19; thence north 620 east 127.36 feet along the last mentioned line and along the said northwestern line of Lot 20 to the point of beginning.
