Rickman: <br />In accordance with the agreement entered into on January It, <br />1960, between the East Pay 11,unicipal Utility District and they <br />City of San Leandro, with particular reference to paragraphs #fit, <br />and #17, the City of San Leandro hereby exercises its option to <br />acquire Parcel 1. <br />Enclosed is a City of San Leandro warrant in the amount of <br />123,205, which is the purchase price of Parcel 1 plus 3 of the <br />total purchase price of the remaining Parcels 2, 3 And L. <br />l'iill you please prepare .a grant deed conveying fee title to <br />Parcel 1 to the Cit_sf-San .Leandro. Please forward the -grant <br />deed to Ctrs- Grace Novetti, North American Title Insurance Company, <br />360 - 14th Street, Oakland (Escrow #131269 GN).
