RE:1282 K 7 4? <br />1 Complaint on file herein in Action No. 330107 in the above <br />2 entitled court. <br />3 The fee simple title to those improvements located on <br />4 the real property immediately described above is hereby condemned <br />5 and taken for the following public use, namely: for street <br />6 and highway purposes. <br />7 By order of court, pursuant to the provisions of Section <br />8 1243.5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, plaintiff, CITY OF SAN <br />9 LEANDRO, was authorized and empowered tq enter upon the immediatel <br />10 above described real property and take possession of the improve- <br />11 ments thereon on May 16, 1963. <br />12 On filing a copy of this Final Order of Condemnation with <br />13 the County Recorder of the County of Alameda, State of California, <br />14 the fee simple title to the improvements located on the above <br />15 described real property shall vest in plaintiff, its successors <br />16 and assigns. <br />17 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: <br />18 The fee simple title to all those improvements situated on <br />19 the following described parcel of land, which parcel is situate <br />20 in the County of Alameda, State of California, more particularly <br />21 described as follows: <br />22 Parcel 3: Beginning at the most northern corner of <br />Lot 18 as shown on the map of Estudillo Park, filed <br />23 January 31, 1911 in Book 26 of Maps, page 7, Alameda <br />County Records; thence along the northwesterly pro- <br />24 longation of the southwestern line of said Lot 18, north <br />271 44' west 98.96 feet to a line parallel with the <br />25 northeastern line of said Lot 18 and 25.00 feet, <br />measured at right angles, northeasterly therefrom; <br />26 thence along the said parallel line south 421 22' east <br />427.29 feet to the easterly prolongation of the southern <br />27 line of said Lot 18; thence along the said easterly <br />28 prolongation of the southern line of Lot 18, west 33.84 <br />feet to its intersection with the northeastern line of <br />said Lot 18; thence along the said northeastern line <br />29 of Lot 18, north 420 22' west 308.74 feet to the point <br />30 of beginning. <br />31 Together with all the rights, easements and appurtenances <br />belonging or pertaining thereto. <br />32 is hereby condemned to and taken for the public use stated in <br />AW.12884 8 <br />5. <br />
