REAL PROPERTY in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State <br />of California, being a portion of Lots 8 and 9 as said Lots are <br />shown on the map of the L. MKOX Tract, filed April 11, 1893 <br />in Yap Book 14, page 10, Alameda County Records, more specifically <br />described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the most western corner of said Lot 9• thence north <br />420 06• east 12.76 feet along the northwestern line of said <br />Lot 9; thence south 280 east 115.a7 feet to a tangent curve concave <br />to the northeast and having a radius of 292 feet; thence south- <br />easterly 67.42 feet along said curve to a compound curve concave <br />to the northeast and having a radius of 32 feet; thence southeasterly, <br />easterly, and northeasterly 42.11 feet along said curve to a <br />compound curve concave to the northwest and having a radius of <br />112 feet; thence northeasterly 41.77 feet along said curve to a <br />non -tangent line; thence north 530 321 east 10 feet along said <br />non -tangent line; thence north 420 east 269.83 feet, more or less, <br />to the northeastern line of said Lot 8; thence south 480 east <br />5 feet along the last mentioned line to the most eastern corner <br />of said Lot 8; thence south 420 west 379.12 feet, mor or less, <br />along the southeastern line of said Lots 8 and 9 to the most <br />southern corner of said Lot 9; thence north 280 west 236.50 <br />feet, more or less, along the southwestern line of said Lot 9 <br />to the point of beginning. <br />a. Optionee shall remove and relocate all fencing now on the above <br />described property. <br />b. Optionee will install concreted curbs and gutters on the curve <br />of the new street improvement. Said curve indicated on map <br />dated 2-18-59 and described as having an arc of 42.1,••.q and radius of 321. <br />•�T1 <br />c. All other curbs, gutters and sidewalks shall be paid by <br />Optionor when said curbs, gutters, and sidewalks are required <br />by Optionee in future improvements of Washington Avenue and <br />143rd Avenue. <br />d.
