The land referred to in this policy is situated in the State of California, County of Alameda <br />City of San Leandro , and is described as follows: <br />PARCEL LD - 60-248; Real property in the City of San Leandro, County <br />of Alameda, State of California, being a portion of Lot 2, as said <br />lot is shown on the Partition Map of the Land of the Leonard Stone <br />Estate, filed October 8, 1895, in Book 15 of Maps, page 36, Alameda <br />County Records, described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the southeastern corner of the parcel of land described <br />in the Deed of Trust between Mitilda Ferrari, a widow, as Trustor, <br />Corporation of America, a California corporation, as Trustee, and <br />Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association, as Beneficiary, <br />dated February 16, 1952, and recorded February 25, 1952, in Book 6664 <br />page 371, Official Records of Alameda County; thence along the <br />southwestern line of Washington Avenue, north 280 west 58.85 feet to <br />the southeastern line of the parcel of land described in the Deed from <br />Metilde Ferrari, also known as Metilde Ferrari, a widow, to Albi E. <br />Ferrari and Helen Ferrari, his wife, dated April 4, 1955, and re- <br />corded April 4, 1955, in Book 7619, page 291„ Official Records of <br />Alameda County; thence along the last mentioned line south 620 west, <br />12.00 feet to a line parallel with the aforementioned southwestern <br />line of Washington Avenue; thence along said parallel line south 280 <br />east 58.85 feet to the southeastern line of the first mentioned Ferrari <br />Parcel; thence along the last mentioned line north 62° east 12.00 feet <br />to the point of beginning. <br />
