PARCEL LD - 60 - 248: Real property in the City of San <br />Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, being a <br />portion of Lot 2, as said lot is shown on the Partition <br />Map of the Land of the Leonard Stone Estate, filed October <br />81 1895, in Book 15 of Maps, page 36, Alameda County Records, <br />described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the southeastern corner of the parcel of land <br />described in the Deed of Trust between Matilde Ferrari, a <br />widow, as Trustor, Corporation of America, a California <br />corporation, as Trustee, and Bank of America National Trust <br />and Savings Association, as Beneficiary, dated February 16, <br />1952, and recorded February 25, 1952, in Book 6664, page 371, <br />Official Records of Alameda County; thence along the south- <br />western line of Washington Avenue north 280 west 58.85 feet <br />to the southeastern line of the parcel of land described in <br />the deed from Matilde Ferrari, also known as Metilde Ferrari, <br />a widow, to Albi E. Ferrari and Helen Ferrari, his wife, <br />dated April 4, 1955, and recorded April 4, 1955, in Book <br />7619, Page 291, Official Records of Alameda County; thence <br />along the last mentioned line south 620 west 12.00 feet to <br />a line parallel with the aforementioned southwestern line of <br />Washington Avenue; thence along said parallel line south <br />280 east 58.85 feet to the southeastern line of the first <br />mentioned Ferrari parcel; thence along the last mentioned <br />line north 620 east 12.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br />As a further consideration, the Optionee is to install <br />curbs and gutters. <br />
