<br />of Alameda, Scate of California, being a portion of Parcels 4 and
<br />5, as said parcels are described in the Deed from 11ilma G. Peirano
<br />a single woman, to Henry A. Avansino and Peter D. Mortensen and
<br />Albert Dettmer, co-partners doing business under the firm name of
<br />Avansino, Mortensen & Co., recorded September 4, 1934, in book
<br />3077, page 348, Official Records of Alameda County, described as
<br />follows:
<br />PARCEL 1: Beginning at a point on the Southwestern line of Wash-
<br />ington Avenue, formerly Watkins Street, distant along said line
<br />South 280 East 340 feet from the Southeastern line of Floresta
<br />Boulevard, formerly ',Jest Avenue 144, as said street and avenue are
<br />shown on the Partition Map of the Land of Leonard Stone Estate,
<br />filed October 8, 1897, in book 15 of Maps, page 36, Alameda County
<br />Records; said point of beginning being the Southeastern corner of
<br />the parcel of land described in the Deed from Avansino, Mortensen
<br />& Co,, a California corporation, to the City of San Leandro, a
<br />Municipal Corporation, recorded September 25, 1957, in book 8478
<br />page 67, Official Records of Alameda County; thence continuing
<br />along the said Southwestern line of Washington Avenue South A° East
<br />405 feet to the Northwestern line of the parcel of land described in
<br />the Deed from Matile Ferrari, also k=,rn as Metilde Ferrari, a
<br />widow, to Albi E. Ferrari and Helen Ferrari, his wife, recorded
<br />April 4, 1955, in book 7619, page 291, Official Records of Alameda
<br />County; thence along the last mentioned line South 620 West, 12.00
<br />feet to a line parallel with the said Southwestern line of ',lash-
<br />ington Avenue and 12.00 feet, measured at right angles, Southwest-
<br />erly therefrom; thence along the said parallel line North 280 Jest,
<br />405 feet to the Southeastern line of the said parcel of land deeded

<br />along the last mentioned line North 620 East 12.00 feet to the point
