Fear, his wife, to General Foods Corporation, a Deleware Corporation, by Deed dated September 19, 1951, recorded September 21, 1951, in book 6541, page 315, of Official Records of Alameda County, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the Southeastern line of the tract of land containing 113.02 acres conveyed by the Estudillo family to Lewis Knox by Deed dated December 1, 1860, and recorded December 13, 1860, in book "K" of Deeds, page 91;Alameda County Records, said Southeastern line being the Northwestern boundary line of that certain parcel of land containing 27.06 acres, more or less, and designated as "Parcel 1" in Deed from Friden Calculating Machine Co., Inc., a corporation, to General Foods C orporation, a corporation, dated March 11, 1947, recorded March 14, 1947, under Recorder's Series No. AB/21687, Alameda County Records, with the Northeastern line of Washington Avenue, formerly Watkins Street; thence along the last mentioned line North 27° 471 West, 322.41 feet to the Northwestern line of the hereinbe- f ore mentioned parcel conveyed by Fear to General Foods Corporation; thence along the last mentioned line North 420 131 East 12.77 feet to a line parallel with the said Northeastern line of Washington Avenue and 12.00 feet, measured at right angles North- easterly therefrom; thence along the said parallel line South 27. 471 West, 322.41 feet to the first mentioned Southeastern line of the 113.02 acre tract conveyed Estudillo family to Knox; thence along the last mentioned line South 420 131 West, 12.77 feet to the point of beginning.
