FORM NO. 815 FOR USE WIRICAN TITLE ASSOCIATION LOAN POLICY -- ADDITIONAL CO'.----- - OCTOBER, 1960 SCHEDULE A —Continued The land referred to in this policy is situated in the State of California, County of Alameda City of San Leandro and is described as follows: BEING A PORTION of the Parcel of land described in the Deed from Hansine Hansen, a widow, to Thelma Bolton, Rigmor Rasmussen and Milton Hansen, dated October 30, 1957, and recorded October 31, 1957, in book 8510, page 106, Official Records of Alameda County, described as follows; BEGINNING at a point on the Eastern line of Washington Avenue, (County Road from San Leandro to San Lorenzo) 60 feet wide, at the Northwestern corner of the 20 acres tract conveyed by the Pacific improvement Company, to C. E. Hays, by Deed dated February 6, 1890, and recorded in book 391 of Deeds, page 378, Alameda County Records; thence along the said Eastern line of Washington Avenue South 1° 49' East, 236.55 feet to its intersection with the Northern line of the one acre tract of land conveyed by M. C. Hansen and Caroline Hansen to Frank Preira Costa by Deed dated November 1, 1911, and recorded in book 2001 of Deeds, page 111, Alameda County Records; thence along the last mentioned line North 89' 59' East 12.00 feet to its intersection with a line parallel with the said Eastern line of Washington Avenue and 12.00 feet, measured at right angles, Easterly thereof; thence along said parallel line North 0' 49' West, 236.55 feet to its inter- section with the Northern line of said 20 acre tract; thence along said Northern line South 89• 59' West, 12.00 feet to the point of beginning.
