The land referred to in this policy is situated in the State of California, County of A 1 ame da > <br />City of San Leandro , and is described as follows: <br />A PORTION of Lct 1, as shown on the Partition Map of the Land of <br />the Leonard Stone Estate, filed October 8, 1895, in Book 15 of Maps, <br />page 36, records of Alameda County, and more particularly described <br />as follows: <br />PARCEL 1: <br />BEGINNING at the intersection of the western line of Washington Avenue, <br />formerly Watkins Street, and the southerly line of said Lot 1, as said <br />lot and street are shown on the said map of Leonard Stone Estate; <br />thence along the last mentioned line south 89° 33' west 12.00 feet; thence <br />north 0° 27' west 3.20 feet to a tangent curve, concave to the west and <br />having a radius of 508 feet and a central angle of 25' 30' 05"; thence <br />along the last mentioned curve northerly and northwesterly 226.10 feet <br />to its intersection with a line which bears north 62° 00' east, and a <br />radical line at said point of intersection bears north 640 02' 55" east; <br />thence along the line which the curve intersects north 620 00' east 12.43 <br />feet to the southwestern line of Washington Avenue, thence along the last <br />mentioned line south 280 east 62.41 feet to a point, said point is <br />described as being south 27° 36' east 186.08 feet distant from the most <br />northerly corner of said Lot 1, in the Deed from Fred Wulfert and Freida <br />Wulfert, husband and wife, to the State of Califania, dated April 4, <br />1949, recorded May 6, 1949, in Book 5792, page 204, Official Records <br />of Alameda County; thence along the southwestern line of the parcel last <br />described south 120 59' 06" east 97.83 feet to the most southerly <br />corner of said parcel, said corner being on the western line of <br />Washington Avenue; thence along the western line of Washington Avenue, <br />south 0° 27' east 74.42 feet to the point of beginning. <br />PARCEL 2: <br />BEGINNING at the intersection of the southwestern line of Washington <br />Avenue, formerly Watkins Street, with the northwestern line of said <br />Lot 1, as said street and lot are shown on said map; thence along the <br />said northwestern line of Lot 1, south 620 west 12.00 feet to a line <br />parallel with the said southwestern line of Washington Avenue and 12.00 <br />feet, measured at right an les, southwesterly therefrom, thence along <br />said parallel line south 50 east 102.86 feet to a tangent curve concave <br />to the southwest, having a radius of 508 feet and a central angle of 2° <br />2011 45"; thence along said tangent curve southeasterly 20.80 feet to the <br />southeastern line of the parcel of land described in the second exception <br />in the Deed from Frieda Wulfert, a widow, to Wulfert Company Inc., a <br />California corporation, dated April 1, 1955, and recorded April 12, 1955 <br />in Book 7626, page 562, Official Records of Alameda County; thence along <br />said southeastern line north 620 east 12.43 feet to the aforementioned <br />southwestern line of Washington Avenue; thence along the said southwestern <br />line of Washington Avenue north 280 west 123.67 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />
