Real Property in the Cit i-• San Leand ° , Canty of Alam_elg <br />State of California, being a portion of Trot 1 as shown on the <br />Partition Map of the Land of the Leonard Stone Estate, filed <br />October 8, 1895 in Book 15 of Maps, page 36, Records of Alameda <br />County and more particularly described as follows: <br />Parcel 1: <br />BEG 24NLNG at the intersection of the westerr line of Washington <br />Avenue, formerly Watkins Street, and the southerly line of said <br />Lot 1 as said lot and street are shown on the said map of <br />Leonard Stone Estate; thence along the last mentioned line south <br />890 33' west 12.00 feet; thence north o° 27' west 3.20 feet to a <br />tangent curve, concave to the west and having a radius of 508 feet <br />and a central angle of 250 301 05"; thence along the last <br />Pentioned curve northerly and northwesterly 226.10 feet to its <br />intersection with a line which bears north 620 00' east, and a <br />radical line at said point of intersection bears north 640 02' S5" <br />east; thence along the line which the curve intersects north <br />l20 00' east 12.43 feet to the southwestern line of _..Iashington <br />venue; thence along the last mentioned line south 280 east 62.41 <br />eet to a point, said point is described as being south 270 36' <br />east 186.08 feet distant from the most northerly corner of said <br />lot 1, in the deed from Fred Wulfert and Freida W -lfert, husband <br />and wife, to the State of California, dated April 4, 1949, recorded <br />May 6, 1949 in Book 5792, page 204, Official Records of Alameda <br />County; thence along the southwestern line of the parcel last <br />described south 120 59' 06" east 97.83 feet to the most southerly <br />corner of said parcel, said corner being on the western line of <br />Washington Avenue; thence along the western line of Washington <br />Avenue south o° 27' east 74.42 feet to the point of beginning. <br />Parcel 2: <br />BEGINNING at the intersection of the southwestern line of <br />Washington Avenue, formerly Watkins Street, with the northwestern <br />line of said Lot 1, as said street and lot are shown on said map; <br />thence along the said northwestern line of Lot 1 south 620 west 12.00 <br />feet to a 11ne parallel with the said southwestern line of Washington <br />Avenue and 12.00 feet, measured at right angles, southwesterly therefrom, <br />thence along said parallel line south 280 east 102.86 feet to a <br />tangent curve concave to the southwest, having a radius of 508 <br />feet and a central angle of 20 20' 45"; thence along said tangent <br />curve southeasterly 20.30 feet to the south-eastern line of the <br />parcel of land described in the second exception in the deed from <br />Frieda Wulfer�, a widow, to Wulfert Company, Inc., a California <br />corporation, dated April 1, 1955, and recorded April 12, 1955 in <br />Book 7626, page 562, Official Records of Alameda County; thence <br />along said southeastern line north 620 east 12.43 feet to the afore- <br />mentioned southwestern li 1e C,"' Washj,,Lgton Avenue; thence along the <br />said southwestern line c?f Washington Avenue north 280 west 123.67 <br />feet to the point of be2ginning. <br />
