IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 62 m 147 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT <br />(Grastoke Nevada, Inc.) <br />Whereas, a certain agreement dated September 11, 1962, <br />between the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation, and <br />Grastoke Nevada, Inc., a Nevada corporation, has been presented <br />to this Council; and <br />Whereas, the City Manager has recommended that this City <br />Council approve said agreement; and <br />Whereas, this City Council is familiar with the contents <br />thereof: <br />Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Leandro <br />does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said agreement be and the same hereby is approved and <br />the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same <br />on behalf of the City of San Leandro. <br />Introduced by Councilman Taylor and passed and <br />adopted this llth day of September, 1962, by the following called <br />vote: <br />Ayes: Councilmen: Cheatham9 Gall, Kant,, Suerstedt, <br />Swi-ft,, Taylor and Mayor Maltester ( 7 ) <br />Noes: Councilmen; None <br />Absent: Councilmen: None <br />( 0) <br />( 0) <br />k Do Maltester <br />ayor of the City of San Leandro <br />.7 <br />' a <br />Attest; <br />Richard Ho West, City Clerk <br />9/4/62/aw <br />
