Knox Tract, filed April 11, <br />1893 in Book 14 of Maps, page 10, Alameda County Records, more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Canmencing at the point on the centerline of 143rd Avenue, formerly Knox Avenue, <br />distant on said center line north 420 00' east 125 feet fran the northeastern <br />line of Washington Avenue, formerly San Lorenzo Avenue, as said avenues are shown <br />on said map; thence leaving said centerline south 480 00' east 204 feet to the <br />most easterly corner of that certain parcel of land described in the deed from <br />Bennett M. Reynolds and Madeline Reynolds, his wife, and Joseph W. Smith, an <br />unmarried man, to George R. Marment, doing business under the ficticious name <br />and style of Globe Glass Canpany, dated February 21, 1955, recorded March 16, <br />1955 in Book 7599, page 280, Official Records of Alameda County; thence along <br />the southeasterly line of the said parcel south 420 00' west 199.26 feet, more or <br />less, to the hereinbefore described northeastern line of Washington Avenue, <br />being the ACTUAL POINT OF BEGINNING; thence along the last mentioned line north <br />280 00' west 57.47 feet, more or less, to the most westerly corner of the <br />hereinbefore mentioned parcel, conveyed by Bennett M.
