Knox Tract, filed April 11, 1893 in Book 14 of Maps, page 10, Alameda County Records, more particularly described as follows: Canmencing at the point on the centerline of 143rd Avenue, formerly Knox Avenue, distant on said center line north 420 00' east 125 feet fran the northeastern line of Washington Avenue, formerly San Lorenzo Avenue, as said avenues are shown on said map; thence leaving said centerline south 480 00' east 204 feet to the most easterly corner of that certain parcel of land described in the deed from Bennett M. Reynolds and Madeline Reynolds, his wife, and Joseph W. Smith, an unmarried man, to George R. Marment, doing business under the ficticious name and style of Globe Glass Canpany, dated February 21, 1955, recorded March 16, 1955 in Book 7599, page 280, Official Records of Alameda County; thence along the southeasterly line of the said parcel south 420 00' west 199.26 feet, more or less, to the hereinbefore described northeastern line of Washington Avenue, being the ACTUAL POINT OF BEGINNING; thence along the last mentioned line north 280 00' west 57.47 feet, more or less, to the most westerly corner of the hereinbefore mentioned parcel, conveyed by Bennett M. Reynolds, et al to George R. Marment; thence along the northwesterly line of the said parcel north 420 00' east 12.77 feet to a line parallel with the said northeastern line of Washington Avenue and 12.00 feet, measured at right angles, northeasterly therefrom; thence along the said parallel line south 280 00' east 57.47 feet; thence south 420 00' west 12.77 feet to the point of beginning.
