Silva, a married man, recorded April <br />25, 1958, in Boots 8656 of Official Records of Alameda County, Page <br />99, described asfollows: <br />BEGINNING at a point on the southwestern line of Washington Avenue, <br />formerly Watkins Street, at the northern corner of a tract of land <br />containing 50.19 acres conveyed by J. B. Ward as Trustee, et al., <br />to Leonard Stone, by deed dated August 8, 1864 and recorded in Book <br />"Q" of Deeds, page 428, Alameda County Records; thence along said <br />southwestern line of Washington Avenue, north 27° 30' west 125 feet; <br />thence south 62° 30' west 12 feet to a line parallel with the said <br />southwestern line of Washington Avenue, and 12.00 feet; measured at <br />right angels, southwesterly therefrom; thence along said parallel l <br />line, south 270 30' east 125 feet to the northwestern line of said <br />50.19 acre parcel; thence along the last mentioned line, north 620 <br />30' east 12 feet to the point of beginning. <br />In Witness Whereof, said corporation has caused its corporate name and seal to be affixed hereto and this <br />instrument to be executed by its President and Secretary <br />thereunto duly authorized. <br />Dated: Tune 16, 1964 <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />COUNTY OF Alameda SS. <br />On June 16, 1964 before me, the under- <br />signed, a Notary Public in and for said State, personally appeared <br />V. 1).
