Knox Tract, filed April 11, 1893 in Boob: 14 of Maps, page <br />10, Alameda County Records, more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING on the northeastern line of Washington Avenue, formerly San <br />Lorenzo Avenue, at the most southern corner of Parcel 1 as said parcel <br />is described in the deed from i�iary M. Herman, a widow, to Constance <br />Morgan, a widow, and Mary M. Herman, a widow, dated July 1, 1958 and <br />recorded July 15, 1958 in Book 8723, page 409, Official records of <br />Alameda County; thence along the said northeastern line of Washington <br />Avenue north 260 40155" west 51.05 feet to the most western corner of <br />said Parcel 1; thence along the northwestern line of said Parcel 1, <br />north 430 24145" east 12.77 feet to a line parallel with the said north- <br />eastern line of Washington Avenue and 12.00 feet, measured at right <br />angles northeasterly therefrom; thence along said parallel line south <br />260 40' 55" east 51.05 feet to its intersection with the southeastern <br />line of the hereinbefore described lot 10; thence along the said south- <br />eastern line of Lot 10, south 430 24' 45" west 12.77 feet to tha point <br />of beginning. <br />The above described parcel of land contains 612.60 square feet, more <br />or less. <br />Optionee to install curbs and gutters, providing for a curb cut for <br />the existing driveway, at no expense to the Optionor. <br />
