} <br />AGREEMENT OF SALE <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 7th day of August, 1961, <br />between the COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, a body corporate and politic, the party of <br />the first part, and the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation, the <br />party of the second part, <br />W I T N E S S E T H: <br />That the said party of the first part in consideration of the covenants <br />and agreements on the part of the said party of the second part, hereinafter <br />contained, agrees to sell and convey pursuant to the provisions of Division <br />1, Part 6, Chapter 8 of the Revenue and Taxation Code of the State of Cali- <br />fornia, unto the party of the second part, and said party of the second part <br />agrees to buy, that certain lot, piece or parcel of land heretofore deeded <br />to the State of California for delinquent taxes, situate, lying and being <br />in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, and par- <br />ticularly described as follows, to -wit: <br />Sale No. 191509 (Seg. 2), Year 1954; Assessor's Code 80-H-1541- <br />15 (formerly 80-H-1526-6-2), and more particularly described as: <br />In Eden Township, Beginning at the extreme northwestern corner <br />of Lot 1, in Block A of Tract 1327 and running thence North <br />87' 48' 50" East 903.06 feet to the Western line of Lot 1 in <br />Block 1 of Tract 1221; thence North 0° 33' 53" West 20 feet; <br />thence South 87° 48' 50'' West 902.95 feet to the Eastern line <br />of Zelma Street; thence along Zelma Street South 0° 38' 53'' <br />East 20 feet to the point of beginning. <br />Being a portion of Rancho San Leandro confirmed to J. J. Estudillo, <br />as recorded in Book A of Patents at page 116 in the office of <br />the County Recorder of Alameda County, and filed November 30, 1863, <br />for the sum of $10 in lawful moneyof the United States of America, together <br />with all such expenses of purchase and sale as are allowed by the afore - <br />quoted Division, Part, and Chapter of the Revenue and Taxation Code of the <br />State of California; and that said party of the second part, in consideration <br />of the above premises, agrees to pay to the said party of the first part, the <br />sum of $10, in lawful money of the United States of America, together with <br />all such expense of purchase and sale, upon the execution and delivery to <br />
