IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO. 2022-137 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE AMENDMENT NO.4 TO A CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH INDIGO, HAMMOND, AND PLAYLE ARCHITECTS, LLP AND TO APPROPRIATE $942,000 FOR THE POLICE BUILDING AND SOUTH OFFICES RENOVATION PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 2018.0481 WHEREAS, an agreement dated January 4, 2019 exists between the City of San Leandro and Indigo, Hammond, and Playle Architects, LLP; and WHEREAS, a contract amendment is required to compensate for additional consulting services for construction assistance; and WHEREAS, Amendment No. 4 to the agreement was presented to this City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof, and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said amendment; and WHEREAS, Indigo, Hammond, and Playle Architects, LLP has agreed to the terms of the amendment pending Council approval; and WHEREAS, additional funding is required to complete the project. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: 1. That said Amendment No. 4 is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized; and 2. That $409,234 is appropriated from CIP fund balance to account 210-18-137-5240 for the subject project; and 3. That existing appropriations totaling $532,766 in accounts 210-18-005, 210-36-350, 210-36-377, 210-36-381, 210-36-384, 210-36-387, 210-36-500, and 210-36-501 are re - appropriated to account 210-18-137-5240 for the subject project.
