IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2022-141 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO <br />APPROVE AMENDMENT NO.2 TO THE EXISTING CONSULTANT SERVICES <br />AGREEMENTS WITH DKS ASSOCIATES, FEHR & PEERS, AND W-TRANS, FOR <br />ON -CALL TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERING CONSULTING SERVICES IN AN <br />AMOUNT NOT -TO -EXCEED $100,000 WITHIN EACH 12-MONTH PERIOD FOR ONE <br />ADDITIONAL YEAR WITH EACH FIRM <br />WHEREAS, agreements dated May 15, 2017 exist between the City of San Leandro and <br />DKS Associates, Fehr & Peers, and W-Trans for On -Call Transportation Engineering Consulting <br />Services; and <br />WHEREAS, Amendment No. 1 to the agreement updated fee schedules to extend the on - <br />call transportation engineering support services from June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2022; and <br />WHEREAS, a contract amendment is required to extend the on -call transportation <br />engineering support services with updated fee schedules for one additional year; and <br />WHEREAS, Amendment No. 2 to the agreements, copies of which are attached and <br />incorporated herein, are presented to this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, a blanket purchase order will be requested for each individual consulting <br />firm as tasks are assigned. Consultant costs will be charged to specific projects, each with a <br />designated appropriation; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said amendment to the <br />agreements to update fee schedules and extend the term from June 30, 2022 to June 30, 2023. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the amendments to each agreement are approved at $100,000 each, and execution by <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Azevedo and passed and adopted this 61h day of September <br />2022, by the following vote: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Aguilar, Azevedo, Ballew, Cox, Lopez, Simon, Mayor Cutter (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: No (0) <br />ATTEST: so ua��Z <br />Kelly B. dancy, Acting Cit Jerk <br />
