IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO.2022-143 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT NO. 6 TO A NON-PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH RUBICON LANDSCAPE CORPORATION FOR CITYWIDE TURF MAINTENANCE FOR $176,220.44 FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023 WHEREAS, the City and Contractor have executed an Agreement, pursuant to which Contractor provides certain services with regard to turf maintenance; and WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the agreement to extend the term for one year and increase the service price by 14.4%; and WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof, and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said amendment to the agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: That the following contract amendments are approved: 1. Section 1.1 of the Agreement, entitled "Term of Service", is hereby amended to extend the term from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023; and 2. Section 2 of the Agreement, entitled "Compensation", is hereby amended to pay Contractor a sum not to exceed $14,685.04 per month for a total of $176,220.44 per year for Fiscal Year 2022-2023; and 3. Exhibit A of the Agreement, entitled "Scope of Services", is hereby amended in accordance with the terms set forth in Amendment No. 6, attached to this Resolution and made a part hereof, and 4. Exhibit B of the Agreement, entitled "Compensation Schedule", is hereby amended in accordance with the terms set forth in Amendment No. 6, attached to this Resolution and made a part hereof.
