April 22, 1971 <br />The undersigned are the owners of property located <br />at 1001, 1013, and 1019 Davis Street, San Leandro, <br />California. Located on these properties are three <br />old structures. We are interested in securing a <br />bid from you for the demolition of these three <br />buildings to occur during June, 1971. There are <br />people living in two of the structures at the pre- <br />sent time and they will, of course, have to be given <br />notice to vacate, which we will do. <br />Specifications for the work are attached to this <br />letter and we will receive bids for the work not <br />later than May 15, 1971 in this office. It should <br />be in written form. The undersigned reserve the <br />right to reject any and all bids. <br />No bidder's bond is required. The price as bid shall <br />include all Federal, State, or local taxes, licenses, <br />and fees applicable. The successful bidder shall pro- <br />vide the undersigned prior to commencing any work with <br />an insurance policy or certificate of insurance speci- <br />fically naming the undersigned as insureds for <br />(a) Workmen's Compensation; (b) $300,000.00 injury <br />or death of one person; (c) $500,000.00 for any one <br />accident resulting in injury or death of more than <br />one person, and (d) $50,000.00 for damage to real or <br />EXHIBIT `Wy <br />
