<br />JOSE G. BAUTISTA and HELEN L. BAUTISTA, his wife, parties of t�e first
<br />part, do hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation,
<br />party of the second part, an easement for the installation, operation and
<br />maintenance of a sanitary sewer in, under, along and across that certain
<br />strip of land in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of
<br />California, described as follows:

<br />described in the deed to Jose Bautista and wife, recorded November 19,

<br />Series AW/185902, and portion of the parcel of land described in the
<br />deed to Jose G. Bautista and wife, recorded September 24, 1964, Reel
<br />1321, Image 85, Official Records of Alameda County, Series AW 153821,
<br />bounded as follows:
<br />Beginning at the intersection of the northeastern line of Daily Court
<br />with the southeastern line of Lot 13, of said Tract 2692, and running
<br />thence, along said southeastern line, north 72*44' east 102.747 feet;
<br />thence northeasterly, along the arc of a tangent curve to the left with
<br />a radius of 108.48 feet, through a central angle of 52' 30', a distance
